Our Youth Leadership Programme is designed to prepare young people for the demands of adulthood and the workplace. Through interactive workshops and real-world scenarios, participants develop core competencies that strengthen personal development and long-term career readiness.

Our Beauty Skills Programme gives young people hands-on experience with professional beauty and wellness treatments, helping them explore viable and rewarding career pathways.

A session that uses health and beauty as a lens to explore PSHE topics such as self-worth, personal hygiene, body confidence, healthy routines, boundaries, and decision-making. The workshop is designed to be age-appropriate, interactive, and aligned with wellbeing outcomes.
Our PSHE Health & Beauty Workshop uses health, beauty, and self-care as engaging entry points to explore key personal, social, health, and emotional topics. The session is interactive, age-appropriate, and designed to support the holistic development of young people.

Hosted a Careers in Beauty pop-up stand at Lambeth College for Black History Month, proudly representing South London as a British Jamaican heritage business founder in the beauty industry.

Collaborated with ML Enterprise to deliver a workshop for a group of girls in Lambeth, teaching fundamental business and life skills, along with an introduction to lash extensions.
