Message from our CEO/Founder, Michaela Anderson:

“As a self-employed beautician, I’ve experienced the limitations on progression. I’ve seen salons open and close within two years. I’ve witnessed the toll that economic pressure takes on mental health. I’ve experienced having to navigate tough conversation since I launched my beauty studio in the midst of a global pandemic, sometimes I had the right words and other times I did not.

That’s why I created Beautypreneurs—a space for connection, conversation, collaboration, and legacy building. Hair, beauty, barbering, and wellness professionals are at the forefront of society, united by a common mission: helping people become the best version of themselves.

My goal is to support business owners in evolving into stronger, more effective leaders—because when leaders grow, entire communities benefit. Through leadership development, we can create lasting impact that goes far beyond the salon chair or wellness room.
